World of Pickleball Returns to Seattle's Side Out Tsunami

The World of Pickleball tournament comes to Seattle on November 7 and 8, 2026, at Side Out Tsunami Pickleball Center, 2300 26th Ave S. Five skill divisions are on the bracket: Under 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open, with singles, doubles and mixed doubles play offered across the weekend. Every player is guaranteed at least four games through a round robin seeded into single elimination, and the organizers run a fast pace, expecting a bracket to finish within about four hours. Entry starts at $65 per player, rising to $75 on October 28 and increasing again every 50 signups. Registration closes November 4, 2026 at 11:55 p.m. Pacific. Proceeds benefit the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Source: pickleballtournaments.com, checked October 18, 2026.

Other indoor pickleball courts in Seattle

Two other dedicated indoor facilities operate inside Seattle city limits, each with a different cost structure than Side Out Tsunami:

  • The Picklr Fremont, 124 N 35th St, has 10 indoor courts and requires a membership to play, starting around $109 a month. Source: thepicklr.com, checked October 18, 2026.
  • Amy Yee Tennis Center, 2000 Martin Luther King Jr Way S, is a city-run facility with 10 indoor courts and 6 outdoor courts, booked through Seattle Parks and Recreation 24 hours to two weeks in advance. Same-day booking is not allowed. Source: seattle.gov/parks, checked October 18, 2026.

Side Out Tsunami is the only one of the three that lets a player show up and pay by the session without committing to a membership first, which is part of why it draws national-level brackets like the World of Pickleball and Pickle Money Ball events this November.
