Two Forest Hills facilities, one printed address
The city's page lists the indoor Forest Hills Community Center at 724 W 109th Ave, the same street address it gives for the outdoor Forest Hills courts. Those are two separate two-court facilities, and the page does not explain the overlap. If you are headed to the indoor courts, call ahead to confirm the location before you drive over.
Before you go
The city's page carries no single last-updated date and several of the indoor schedules reference a summer session, so treat any listed hours as a starting point and call if you are driving across town. Every venue page here shows the date it was checked against the city's page.
